The APPEA Conference and Exhibition hosts media personnel onsite at the conference, representing local and international media outlets – both industry and main stream media. APPEA provides a full working media room, press conference room, catering and access to all conference sessions as part of a media registration.
Applications for media passes will only be accepted from journalists employed by or on assignment from:
Media registration is mainly reserved for journalists with demonstrated experience covering the oil and gas and resources sectors as well as those from mainstream media outlets.
Communications, PR and marketing companies/agencies, university or institute newsletters, non-editorial entities such as publishers and representatives of sales, marketing, or advertising departments/organisations are not eligible for media registration. Individuals, agents or contractors providing coverage for or being sponsored by a company/industry may not register as media.
