Student Registration

Australian Energy Producers strongly support the future talent of the industry, and at the Conference & Exhibition, we are once again providing a special registration level to encourage and enable students of the industry to attend. Rub shoulders with leaders both national and international, hear the latest research and be part of the planning for the future.

Australian Energy Producers is pleased to provide the Student registration for those who are studying full time within our industry.

CRITERIA FOR STUDENT REGISTRATION 

• Registration must be received by the Conference on or before 3 May 2024.
• Open to full time students, studying within the industry only
• Persons employed as consultants or by industry companies are not eligible, regardless of study status
• Within the registration process, the below is required:
  • Complete a questionnaire
  • Provide a letter of endorsement.  This letter must:
    • be on institution letterhead
    • be from the student’s direct supervisor at their relevant institution
    • include the students full details (name and email address minimum)
    • include the applicable student number
    • include the student’s study status, i.e, full time / part-time and how many subjects are enrolled for in semester 1, 2024
    • include the name and contact details of the student’s direct supervisor
    • be a pdf document

Once the student registration is received, Australian Energy Producers will consider each student registration, based on the above criteria. If the student registration does not meet the criteria, Australian Energy Producers reserves the right to reject the student registration.  In this case, advice of same will be provided via email to the student with alternate registration options.
