All registered attendees, have now been emailed an individual user name and password to access the attendee list and the conference proceedings.
Access to the online Conference Proceedings will be provided via the same user name and password.
The DVD containing the conference proceedings will be posted to all registered attendees the week commencing June 20, 2011.
